Tanabata the Stars Festival
This is a celebrate of Japan
It celebrate the meeting of the Deities Orihime and Hikoboshi (represented by
the stars Vega and Altair respectively)
The Legend, Milky Way separates these lovers,and meeting onlyn once a year on the seventh days of the seventh lunar moth of the lunisolar calendar. but The date of Tanabata varies by region of the country.but the first festivities begin on July seven of the Gregorian Calendar.

The Story of Tanabata was inspiren by famous Chinise Florkore History
"The Weaver Girl and the Cowherd".
Traditional Japanese Customs
-The people Generally whitring Wishes but sometimes in the form of poetry, in small pieces of paper and haning them in Bamboo,
and afther of Festival burn
There is also a traditional Tanabata song.
ささのは さらさら Sasa no ha sara-sara The bamboo leaves rustle,
のきばに ゆれる Nokiba ni yureru shaking away in the eaves.
お星さま きらきら Ohoshi-sama kira-kira The stars twinkle
きんぎん すなご Kingin sunago on the gold and silver grains of sand.
ごしきの たんざく Goshiki no tanzaku The five-colour paper strips
わたしが かいた watashi ga kaita I have already written.
